Aqua-Guard

Fount & Reco are pleased to introduce Aqua-Guard, a novel compound that renders fabrics permanently hydrophobic.

This hydrophobic emulsion differs from other leading water-repelling fabric treatments in two important respects:

1. When treated, the cloth completely repels water (see photos below);
2. The cloth is rendered permanently hydrophobic after treatment.

The compound contains no harmful or toxic substances like acetone or alcohol and is water-based.

It can be applied to cotton, wool, polyester, nylon and other natural and synthetic fibers.

Cloth must be dipped in the solution and heat-treated at the factory. This is not an end-consumer product.
